The gym was poorly maintained, lacking towels and sanitizers. During our stay, the food quality in specialty restaurants was disappointing, particularly with the ice cream selections. The nighttime entertainment was underwhelming, offering minimal variety and excitement.

staying at atlantica was lovely! the hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly pleasant, always going out of their way to help us. our family room had a great pool view, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the pools by 8am with towels already out.

Dining options were impressive, especially the traditional Italian dishes which were a delightful highlight. the gym facilities were underwhelming, needing better maintenance, and the nighttime entertainment lacked variety, which could enhance the overall experience for families. While some aspects were excellent, these areas could certainly benefit from improvement.

The kids loved the water slides, but the bed was very uncomfortable.

We enjoyed 5 nights in our Double Room with a Pool View. The kids loved the pool activities! the gym definitely needs better maintenance. Given the family-friendly atmosphere, some additional language support or activities for kids of different backgrounds would enhance the experience.
